Articles of Incorporation received.
Discussed the need for a mission statement and by-laws.
Officers of the board- election
Chair- Laura Parks nominated, seconded and voted unanimous
Co-Chair- Nazaly Miller nominated, seconded and voted unanimous
Treasurer- Melissa Roberson nominated, seconded and voted unanimous
Secretary- Troy S. nominated, seconded and voted unanimous
Communications- Brian Parks nominated seconded and voted unanimous
By-Laws adopted, Copies provided. Will be posted on web site.
Mission Statement- adopted and already on web site.

Next meeting- Jan. 16th Saturday. Crossroad’s Mc Donalds in playroom. Lowes parking lot.
